Race Options
Double Triathlon
Rainbow Beach Triathlon is a unique event. We are offering athletes the opportunity to compete in an Olympic distance event over two days by completing a ‘sprint distance’ 750/20/5* triathlon on the Saturday afternoon and then another of the same distance on Sunday morning. The two events are combined to give an ‘olympic’ distance time, from which the event placegetters are calculated.
Participants can choose to enter either the ‘DOUBLE’ race (ie Sat + Sun races), or just one of either the Saturday race or Sunday race.
This race can be done either as an individual or as a team event.
Please note: If ocean conditions are too dangerous, the event will become a duathlon.
